TCL SunPower Australia hosts key partners at SNEC

The SNEC International Photovoltaic Power Generation and Smart Energy Conference & Exhibition, held annually in China, is one of the largest trade shows for the solar and green energy industry. It is a major event that attracts professionals and industry leaders from across the globe.

TCL Booth at SNEC

The TCL SunPower Australia team travelled to Shanghai in June 2026 to host some of our valued partners and distributors. As a renowned brand in the solar PV industry, TCL always maintains a strong presence at the exhibition. The expansive 1,000m² booth demonstrated how the TCL Solar vision - "Light the Future" - is becoming a reality.

Showcasing our integrated supply chain of ingots, wafers, and solar modules alongside impressive ESG credentials, TCL also reasserted its position as a pioneer of back-contact technology with the launch of our next-generation back-contact modules. This innovative design moves all electrical contacts to the rear of the cell, completely eliminating front-side shading to maximize sunlight absorption. By clearing the front surface, these modules achieve significantly higher conversion efficiencies and deliver a sleek, uniform aesthetic ideal for premium installations.

TCL Solar International Gala Dinner

On Wednesday evening - the first day of SNEC - TCL hosted its International Gala Dinner, welcoming more than 100 international guests from nations including Brazil, Mexico, Vietnam, Malaysia, Australia, Israel, South Africa, Korea, Japan, Pakistan, India, and Thailand. The evening commenced with an opening speech by Mr Frank Zhang and a toast by senior TCL executives, Mr Ju Xia and Mr Ouyang. Keynote speakers then presented the latest TCL Solar technology and product innovations, followed by an evening of networking and entertainment that featured live music, a sand art demonstration, and prize giveaways of TCL electronics.

Factory Tour of TCL Solar's Yixing Facility

Preceding SNEC, the Australia team hosted a TCL Solar Yixing Factory tour for key partners, showcasing both the TOPCon half-cut and TOPCon shingled-multicut module production lines. The tour provided valuable insights into TCL Solar's advanced operations and manufacturing processes, highlighting their commitment to rigorous quality control and providing partners with a firsthand look at the precision engineering driving the high performance of their products. Following the tour, partners enjoyed a celebratory banquet lunch.

TCL Solar remains committed to staying at the forefront of the industry. By continuously pushing the boundaries of clean energy technology, TCL Solar will continue to help drive the industry forward, delivering next-generation photovoltaic solutions that power the transition toward a highly sustainable, net-zero, and energy-efficient future.
